With over seven years in the social space, Amaya has built a reputation for content that doesn’t just look good — it drives real business growth. Since launching Obtaining Social in 2020, she’s led campaigns that have gone viral organically, generated six-figure sales, and transformed brand presence across TikTok and Instagram. One of her earliest wins came with H2O Capsule, where a single overnight video hit over one million views and drove six figures in sales — kicking off a streak of all-organic viral hits. She later helped grow MAGIC Fashion’s Instagram by over 60,000 new followers and was entrusted with four additional brands under their portfolio, including a new acquisition that was handed off directly to her team.

Now, Amaya serves as the Creative Director for every OS campaign — overseeing content direction, brand positioning, and high-level execution across all clients. She leads a sharp team of strategists, designers, and content creators who turn vision into visuals that convert. At the heart of her work is a deep respect for digital storytelling — and a relentless standard for what “good” should look like online.

Account Manager

Lexi has been a core part of the Obtaining Social team since 2021, leading all client communication and project management with equal parts professionalism and ease. With a degree in Public Relations and Social Media Production from Baldwin Wallace University, she understands how to balance big-picture strategy with the small details that keep every campaign moving. As your main point of contact, Lexi ensures your vision is clearly communicated, timelines are met, and every deliverable reflects your brand’s goals.

She also brings a creator’s mindset to the table — with firsthand experience producing content and a personal passion for beauty, health, and wellness. Whether she’s coordinating a shoot or overseeing your content calendar, Lexi leads with clarity, care, and a commitment to keeping things smooth, efficient, and on-brand.

Maddie Smith
Brand Manager

Maddie is the voice behind the OS brand — managing everything from internal content, merch drops, and client gifting to ensuring our social presence always reflects who we are and where we’re going. With a Bachelor of Arts in Information Science and eSociety from the University of Arizona and a minor in Fashion and Consumers, she blends aesthetic intuition with data-driven insight. Maddie also supports the executive team behind the scenes — assisting with styling, creative direction, and high-level operations to keep things running seamlessly.

Prior to joining OS, Maddie worked as a Boutique Coordinator at Christian Louboutin, where she supported luxury retail operations, coordinated with over 70 boutiques across North America, and mastered the art of brand consistency on a global scale. Her eye for detail, passion for storytelling, and ability to elevate even the smallest touchpoints make her an essential force behind the OS brand — and the experience clients have when working with us.

Social Media Manager

Becky leads the full execution of our client social media accounts — planning content, writing captions, scheduling posts, optimizing for SEO, and managing day-to-day engagement across Instagram and TikTok. She's not just posting — she’s analyzing performance, staying on top of platform trends, and making sure every piece of content is strategically placed to drive reach and growth.

With a degree in Marketing and Advertising from Grand Canyon University, Becky understands the mechanics behind successful brand-building online. Since joining OS in 2024, she’s become an essential part of the client experience — delivering consistency, clarity, and conversion through content. Her ability to balance creative with performance ensures that every brand she manages shows up with intention and impact.

Taylor is the creative behind branded visuals at OS — from feed graphics and Instagram stories to campaign decks, digital ads, and collateral that elevates both client and in-house branding.
